Another quick blog today. I just peeked under Chester and lo and behold, there was a chick under him! Belle is setting in the nest also, so they are being very good parents. The chick is quite big; I was surprised. They must have hatched some time since yesterday because I saw the eggs still whole then. I'm so excited. I will get pictures as soon as the chicks are visible. I checked out a web site and they can fly within 10-12 days of hatching. Amazing!
